Changed your mind? If you want to return or exchange your unworn jewellery (excluding earrings and rings) within 7 days of your order.

Please note there will be a charge for postage of exchanges via tracked / recorded delivery.
Ordered the wrong size?
Online ordering can be tricky and we want to make sure your brand new ring fits perfectly, so we offer one free resize with your ring order. Although the resize is free we do not cover the return postage. We have a 14 day return and resize policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Any resizes sent after the 14 day period will have a £20 charge. (Rings with stone settings may differ in price)
To arrange a ring resize please email email@example.com with the subject RING RESIZE.
How Can I Return a Product?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items.
Any refunds / exchanges are at the discretion of Hellcat.
Opened earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
All rings are made to order, making them exempt of exchanges and refunds unless deemed faulty by Hellcat.
If you have received a faulty item, or a fault appears with the item within 1 month of your purchase date, please contact the email above to arrange a replacement or repair. Please note that Hellcat will have the final say on whether the item is faulty.
Custom orders and made to size ring orders can’t be cancelled once made, as production may have already began.
If you have entered the wrong delivery address when ordering please email email@example.com with the subject URGENT, and give all details including your order number in the message.
All of our jewellery is sent in our Hellcat presentation boxes, making them the perfect gift.
