Klarna Payments

When adding Klarna Payments to your site, you need to consider

Customer Data Sharing

National and EU rules such as the GDPR sets certain limits to how and when you may share customer-identifying information with Klarna.

If you share personal data with Klarna you need to explain this in your privacy notice and link to Klarna’s privacy notice there. Below is an example of what that could look like in your existing privacy notice (the specific data categories transferred to be added, and text to be translated into your local language):

“In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.”

How Can I Change My Order?

Changed your mind? If you want to return or exchange your unworn jewellery (excluding earrings) within 7 days of receiving your order please contact jo@hellcatjewellery.com to make arrangements. Please note this only includes exchange on design, not ring size exchanges. Customers must pay postage costs of exchanges via tracked / recorded delivery.

Ordered the wrong size?

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide their correct ring size as per the standard UK ring sizing scale. If a ring does not fit, resizing is available at an extra charge.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact jo@hellcatjewellery.com before returning any items. Any refunds / exchanges are at the discretion of Hellcat.

Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Custom orders, including all rings sized to order are non exchangeable nor refundable unless deemed faulty by Hellcat.

If you have received a faulty item, or a fault appears with the item within 1 month of your purchase date, please contact the email above to arrange a replacement or repair. Please note that Hellcat will have the final say on whether the item is faulty.

All sale / discounted items will not be eligible for exchange / refund / return. This includes any items bought with a discount/sales voucher.

 

General

Custom orders and made to size ring orders can’t be cancelled once made, as production may have already began.

If you have entered the wrong delivery address when ordering please email sales@hellcatjewellery.com with the subject URGENT, and give all details including your order number in the message.

All of our jewellery is sent in our Hellcat presentation boxes, making them the perfect gift.
